It is considered to have the world’s highest observation deck within a structure or tower. Shanghai Tower is a hundred and the twenty-eight-story mega tower which is 632m high and is situated in Pudong, Shanghai. That doesn’t come as a surprise at all, we are all aware that China is no longer a secret when it comes to Tall buildings in the world. These skyscrapers which stand upright in many cities of the world are not just buildings or towers they are symbols of various kinds be it modernity or the evolution of technology and space taking over the world which defines today’s world in its best form. The list I will be enumerating is on the basis of the list generated by CTBUH as mentioned above. The international organization which is responsible for the rankings is a non-profit Organization Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) and was formed in 1969 and the ranks of the skyscrapers are produced by the height of the building and only buildings with continuously occupiable floors are included, thus non-building structures, including towers, are not included. But, before diving straight into the list of tall skyscrapers we should be talking about the criteria on the basis of which these buildings are ranked.
